Arsenal FC manager Unai Emery praised Alex Iwobi following the team's clash with Liverpool FC on Saturday night.
The two British giants played to a 1-1 draw in an enthralling English Premier League (EPL) match at the Emirates Stadium in London.
Nigeria international Iwobi was introduced in the 68th minute with Arsenal trailing 1-0 and he helped his side grab a late equalizer.
''We need every player. Iwobi can impact high in the match," Emery said.
"Today I think he is better on the left. His energy and quality is important. He can improve, he can be better. I don’t know. I am happy with our performance."
Iwobi is part of the Nigeria squad that will face South Africa in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier later this month.
The Spanish tactician felt that the Gunners were unlucky against Liverpool, who remain undefeated in the EPL this season.
"I think the balance in 90 minutes is more positive in the control against them," Emery said.
"But it’s difficult not to let them have chances. You need a little luck in some moments and when we are attacking we need to find our goal.
"The result in the end I think is a good result after we were losing 1-0."
