kilmarnock climb up to second spot, celtic look to add to dundee's woes

Two 2018/19 Scottish Premier League (SPL) matches were played over the weekend.

Aaron Tshibola's Kilmarnock climbed up to the second spot despite drawing 1-1 with Hamilton Academical at home on Saturday.

The DR Congolese midfielder played the entire match and he was booked in the 59th minute.

St Johnstone secured their second successive win when they defeated a struggling St Mirren 2-0 at home on Saturday.

Round 11 is scheduled to take place on Wednesday and all teams will be in action on the day.

Current log leaders, Hearts, who have Congo-Brazzaville defender Clevid Dikamona on their books, will face Hibernian.

Rangers are expected to lock horns with a stubborn Kilmarnock side, while the defending champions Celtic will be away to Dundee.
