Both Bolton and Blackburn will be looking to climb the English Championship table when they lock horns in a league match in the final league game of Saturday.

The match is scheduled to get underway at 18h30 (CAT)

Locked in 14th-place, one place below their visitors, Bolton Wanderers (W3, D6, L2) meet fellow EFL founder members and rivals, Blackburn Rovers (W4, D3, L4). A 1-0 win over Derby two matchdays ago spared a six-game winless run for the Wanderers.

Fifteen miles away, Blackburn lay in 14th with 15-points and have accrued the exact amount of home/away points as their hosts. But the short 15 mile trip to Greater Manchester hasn't proved a fruitful one with their last win (2-0) coming seven games back in 2009.

With Blackburn accruing one more point away from home than Bolton have at home (in their last five league games), this matchup promises to be a tight encounter with all three of their last H2H meetings seeing minus -1.5 goals and each team claiming one win-to-nil and sharing a 0-0 bore draw.

With their first meeting in 1881, these two old foes have met 170 times with Bolton edging the historic encounter (W70, D38, L62). These team's most frequent H2H result is 1-0 to the home team (x17).

You can watch the match live on Fox Sports 1 from 18h25 (CAT) on Saturday.
