Hakim Ziyech was on the score-sheet for Ajax Amsterdam as they bounced back to winning ways in the Dutch Eredivisie on Saturday.

The Morocco international sealed all three points following Kasper Dolberg's opener in a 2-0 win away to Sittard. Andre Onana and Ziyech's fellow countryman Noussair Mazraoui were also involved from start to finish.

Ajax, though, remain five points behind free-scoring PSV Eindhoven who maintained their perfect record in the league with a seventh straight win.

Ajax face Sittard for first time in 16 years

Mark van Bommel's troops beat NAC Breda by the same scoreline. PSV have netted an astonishing 26 goals in their allotted league matches so far this season.

Elsewhere, Ivory Coast defender Wilfried Kanon featured for ADO Den Haag in a 1-1 draw away to Heerenveen.

Togo international Peniel Kokou Mlapa was on the losing side as VVV Venlo fell to a 1-0 defeat away to Excelsior.
