Arsenal will battle Inter Milan for the signature of rising Senegal star Ismaïla Sarr.

The 20-year-old grabbed the headlines last week for his wonder goal in Rennes's 2-1 win over FK Jablonec in the Europa League.

Sarr is one of Africa's hottest prospects and according to The Mirror, the Gunners are ready to meet the French Ligue 1 club's £20 million asking price with Inter and a host of other clubs reportedly also keeping a close eye on the wing-wizard.

Sarr has scored three goals in seven matches across all competitions this season, following a breakthrough 2017-18 campaign in which he was nominated for the 2018 Golden Boy award.

The former Metz attacker has scored three goals in 19 appearances for the Teranga Lions, and played in all three of the country's group stage fixtures at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
