Hearts maintained their perfect start to the 2018/19 Scottish Premier League campaign with a win over Motherwell over the weekend.

The first game of match-day five was between St Mirren and defending champions Celtic FC on Friday, and the encounter ended in a 0-0 draw.

On Saturday, Cameroonian midfielder Arnaud Djoum played the entire game as his side, Hearts beat Motherwell 1-0.

As a result, Hearts remained at the top of the league standings, while Livingston moved to third place with a 1-0 win over Hamilton Academical.

Mali international Lassana Coulibaly was on the scoresheet as Rangers thumped Dundee 4-0 and St Johnstone drew 1-1 with Aberdeen.

Match-day six games will be played on Saturday and Sunday.

Hearts are scheduled to host Livingston on Saturday, while Dundee will be hoping to secure their first win of the season when they host Hibernian.

On Sunday, Zimbabwe international Kudai Benyu's Celtic will be desperate for a win when they take on Kilmarnock.

Rangers will be hoping to climb up on the league standings with a victory over St Johnstone.
