Three-time National Basketball Association (NBA) champion Dwyane Wade is still uncertain about his future.
The 36-year-old, who is currently a free agent, is caught between retirement and one final push with the Miami Heat.
"I wish I had an answer for you. I don't have it today," Wade told reporters on Thursday.
"I always said that when I got traded back to Miami, that was it for me.
"I said it in the first interview and I don't want to pack my bags to go nowhere. My family's here, my kids are growing, so definitely if I'm not wearing a Miami Heat jersey next year, I'll be wearing it under one of my sweaters or jackets."
Wade, who previously turned out for the Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers, spent most of his career in Miami. Of his 982 game played, 876 of them came while donning the Heat gear.
