Yaya Toure's agent, Dimitry Seluk, has confirmed that the midfielder has joined a London club in a cryptic message posted on his official Twitter account.
As to which club, Seluk is yet to confirm but he did state in follow-up tweets that it is not Crystal Palace nor West Ham United. Leaving fellow English Premier League club's Arsenal, Chelsea, Fulham, Tottenham Hotspur and Watford as a possible destination.
The 35-year-old ended his eight-year stay at Manchester City at the culmination of the 2017-18 season following the expiry of his contract.
Toure is yet to announce who he will join but Seluk revealed that the former Barcelona man has passed a medical in London at an unnamed club. The former Ivory Coast international is reportedly set to sign a one-year deal.
Toure won three Premier League titles, three EFL Cups and a FA Cup in his time at Manchester City, scoring 79 goals - many of which were vital to the club's success over the past decade. In total he made 316 appearances for City across all competitions.
