Boxers: Bangile ‘Black Panther’ Nyangeni v George ‘Panasonic’ Kandulo
Winner: Bangile Nyangeni via unanimous points decision (60-54, 60-54, 59-55)

The fourth bout of Africa Boxing 8 saw Bangile ‘Black Panther’ Nyangeni beat George ‘Panasonic’ Kandulo via a unanimous points decision in an International Minimum Flyweight Contest at Carnival City in Johannesburg on Friday night, July 20.

Nyangeni controlled the fight from the first bell and out-boxed his Malawian opponent by using his reach and superior technique.

The South African put on a master-class of combinations, leading with a clinical jab and occasionally throwing a left hook or upper-cut which landed time and again.

Kandulo simply had no answer for the Black Panther who lived up to his nickname by nipping in and out of range while scoring points with ease.

Nyageni upped the tempo in the later rounds and picked off his opponent at will to claim the sixth win of his career (W6 L1) while Kadulo’s fight record now sits at W3 L2 D1.
