PSV reportedly want €40 million for the 24-year-old who joined the Dutch Eredivisie club from CF Pachuca two years ago.
Lozano has established himself as one of the best players in the Netherlands over the past few seasons, and has directly contributed to 63 goals in 79 appearances for PSV across all competitions.

Capped 35 times by Mexico, Lozano has featured five times for PSV this season, but was forced off after 50 minutes in a 3-1 win over ADO Den Haag due to injury on Saturday.
The injury he sustained, though, is reportedly not as serious as first feared and will not end Napoli’s pursuit of the attacker.
