The Gunners forward will spend the season on loan at the Championship club.
Nketiah, 20, has scored three goals in 19 first team appearances for the North London club, since making his debut two years ago.
“It’s a great feeling to get it over the line and I’m really excited and looking forward to the future,” Nketiah told LUTV on his arrival at Elland Road.
“Hopefully I can develop how I want to develop and hopefully I can help the club reach its goals.
He continued: “This club is such a big club, with a big history and the manager played a big part, I want to learn under him.
“He has worked with such great players already and helped them develop in their careers.”
Leeds will be hoping to Nketiah can help the club win promotion back to the English Premier League, having lost in the playoff semifinals in the previous campaign.
The club got their 2019/20 campaign up and running with a 3-1 win over Bristol City last weekend.
