According to various reports in England, Clarke has already undergone a medical and will officially be revealed as a Spurs player in the next few days.
Tottenham will reportedly fork out an initial fee of around £10 million, while the Guardian reports that the deal could be worth £11.5 million if all the add-ons are met.
