The 29-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the Spanish giants ahead of the 2019/20 season, but his agent has cooled these claims.
Jonathan Barnett told Sky Sports News that Bale will not be leaving Los Blancos on-loan while he also revealed that a move to Manchester United is "very unlikely".
The former Tottenham Hotspur forward has emerged as surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu with head coach Zinedine Zidane happy to part ways with the Welshman.
Hazard hopes French duo join him at Madrid
Real have already spent a whopping £250m over the last few weeks on new recruits with marquee signing Eden Hazard set to lead the club's charge in the coming campaign.
"A loan move is not going to happen," said Barnett.
"I don't think he wants to go out on loan. He's got a lovely life and home in Spain. I think it would take something exceptional for him to leave and loans are not on the menu.
"Obviously, Gareth's situation at Real hasn't improved."
When asked by Sky Sports news if a move to Old Trafford was on the cards, he added: "He could fit in there. I think he could do very well - he is still one of the best players in the world. But it is very unlikely."
Bale has scored 102 goals in 231 appearances for Real.
