The 23-year-old scored just 42 seconds after emerging from the bench in FC Dallas's 2-2 draw against San Jose Quakes this past weekend.
In a game that will probably remembered for Daniel Vega's embarrassing own goal, Atuahene made his own slice of history in what was his first game for the club since going as the fourth overall pick in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft.
The Ghana-born winger's debut goal is only slower than that of former DC United forward Alhaji Camara, who scored 33 seconds after entering the match against Sporting KC in May 2016.
