Chelsea forward Eden Hazard will join Real Madrid following the 2019 Uefa Europa League final in Baku, according to L’Équipe.
The French publication report that a fee of around €100m has been agreed upon between the two clubs, with Real to officially announce the purchase of the Belgium international following the Blues clash against Arsenal in Azerbaijan on 29 May.

Hazard has been heavily linked with a move away from the Blues, with only one year left on his current contract and it now seems that a dream switch to Real will now finally become a reality.
The 29-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Lille seven years ago, has scored 108 goals and assisted a further 91 in 351 appearances across all competitions for the club.
Real have endured a disappointing campaign on the back of three Uefa Champions League titles in succession, and will finish the season without a trophy.
