A 3-0 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Saturday saw Glasgow Celtic claim their eighth consecutive Scottish Premier League title.
Goals from Mikael Lustig, Jozo Simunovic and Odsonne Edouard handed Celtic their 26th win in the league this season and sees them on an unassailable 84 points at the top of the table.
The title is the 50th in the club’s history and coach Neil Lennon has encouraged all the supports to ‘just enjoy the moment’.
“We need to take some time, even the supporters, to take stock and enjoy the moment. This is eight titles, it has not been done for a very long time,” said Lennon.
“So, it is a special group of players and the fans should engage in that and not think about nine and 10.
“Just enjoy the moment and then look forward to next week, going there (Ibrox) as champions and the cup final as well.”
Celtic have two league games left, one against Rangers on May 12 and their last outing is at home to Hearts on May 19.
