Dwyane Wade finished his NBA career in style.

The 37-year-old finished with 25 points (10-28 FG), 11 rebounds and 10 assists in the final game of his career on Wednesday evening, but it was not enough to rescue the Miami Heat from falling to a 113-94 defeat to the Brooklyn Nets.

It was Wade's 1st triple-double of the season, 5th of his career as he officially bowed out of the game after 16 years in the NBA.

Wade, who finished his career 29th on the NBA all-time scoring list, won three NBA championships and was notable named the 2006 Finals MVP.
