Kyrie Irving leads Celtics to big win.

Boston Celtics beat the Los Angeles Lakers 120-107 at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Defeat comes as another blow to the injury-depleted Lakers' playoff hopes. The loss was the franchises' fifth in succession and leaves them 11th in the Western Conference, seven wins behind the San Antonio Spurs.

Irving scored 30 points as the Celtics improved to 41-26 in the East.

Former Cleveland Cavaliers teammate, LeBron James, posted a 30-point, 12-assist, 10-rebound triple-double in 28 minutes, but it was not enough for the Lakers who fell to another loss.
