PSV Eindhoven manager Mark van Bommel has provided an injury update ahead of the trip to FC Utrecht.

The Dutch Eredivisie match is scheduled to take place at the Stadion Galgenwaard this Sunday.

Attackers Steven Bergwijn and Hirving Lozano are doubtful for the match and this was confirmed by Van Bommel.

“They are assessed daily. I am happy they are back on the training pitch. They will face a fitness test tomorrow," Van Bommel told the club's official website.

“We always have a tough game against FC Utrecht in Stadion Galgenwaard. FC Utrecht have appointed Dick Advocaat as their new head coach.

"Who could have foreseen in any way that we would meet again? When I returned as a player to PSV five seasons ago, Dick Advocaat was head coach in Eindhoven," he added.

"And now we will meet again as head coaches. It will be a special match for the two of us."

PSV, who are the defending champions, are placed at the top of the league standings - five points above second-placed Ajax Amsterdam.
