Antwerp sets sights on Genk as fairytale season continues

Genk will be aiming to extend their lead atop the Belgium Pro League standings with victory at home to KV Oostende.

The league leaders saw their advantage cut to four points following a 1-1 draw last time out, but will be expected to return to winning ways.

Surprise package Antwerp currently occupy second spot on the log standings following a 3-0 thumping of Cercle Brugge. The 2016-17 Belgian second division champions are on a hot-streak and will be determined to build on their strong start.

Defending champions Club Brugge sit a point back heading into round 19, while the bottom spot is occupied by Lokeren.

Tanzanian forward Mbwana Samatta currently tops the scoring charts, level on 11 goals with Ivan Santini.
